Apples are a different Operating system. Basically very very limited game selection on macs.

You can boot with windows though cant you? if you can do that surely you can boot from winows and have no problems with most games, i know someone who uses a mac laptop to play rfactor, plus the amount of games that are released FOR mac.

Hey Matt mate, I'd pass on running rFactor on a Mac system, although the Mac graphics are more outstanding I'm not aware of anyone using that actual operating system, mind you pacman does.

At work we run Mac systems for graphic, audio and visual use, but I haven't tempted to install rFactor.

Theas a fair bit of fluffing around to get factor to work on a mac theas issues with getting wheels to work also fps spikes and not to mention consistant crashing of the game personally unless you have the time i seriously wouldnt bother .. But if you want to persist try VM fusion....

Eh?
....Just so I understand this....
A PC with a GTX580 has a lower power GPU than a mac with a GTX580? Not sure I follow your logic there bro ;p

This whole debate can be summed up quite simply with one simple statement of fact.....
If the Apple were any good, they'd have taken more than one bite out of it!
