Welcome to Round 2 of the KSR Fall Enduro League!

We keep with the bumps and add in some active runways that make up the unique track that is Sebring.

Sebring is located in Florida, and ran it's first race way back in 1950. The classic layout was used until 1966 after there were 5 fatalities in the 12 hour race. The circuit changed configurations again in 1983, 1987, 1991 & 1997.

The most famous race is the 12 hours of Sebring. The first 12 hour race at Sebring was in 1952 and was won by Harry Gray and Larry Kulok in a Frazer-Nash Le Mans Replica

Like Bathurst this race will be tough, but because most places have ample run off mistakes will not be punished at hard as they were at Bathurst. Tyre strategy will come to the fore here as the abrasive surface is hard on tyres.

8:00PM - Qualifying (15 Minutes) - Full open session, all cars visible, do as many laps as you want.
8:15PM - Warmup\Drivers Briefing

Reminder everyone that tonight is a practice night.

Come along, get some laps around the bumpy-ness and be prepared for next week.

Decided to pull out last night after my pedals were playing up again. I could only get about 80% throttle
They have beena bit dodgy for a while now - come to think of it probably about a year.
Just ordered a replacement set from Playtech - Thrustmaster TP3A to go with my Thrustmaster T500 wheel
These are cheaper but newer pedals that originally came with the wheel, I've already been using them upside down ie clutch as throttle as the pots dont seem to last very long on those original pedals.
The new ones should be a cheap fix untill I can get a decent set. A year or so ago I paid into a kickstarter for a direct drive wheel & pedals - they have started shipping the pedals but not the wheel yet - and of course it was the wheel that everyone wanted! I think I paid about $500, but that was at least a year ago so if they turn up now it will feel like a free set!
Hopefully all good by next week, and hopefully putting in better times!

I'd definitely recommend the T-LCM if you want a value load cell pedal in the interim

Bad luck Danman, I run the T3PA's (Newer version that come with the 300rsgt) and they seem reliable enough. I also run the conical mod which helped my braking a fair bit.

Nothing compared some high end gear, but good for the price point (especially if it's a stop gap).

Enjoyed racing last night, Sebring seems to always deliver good endurance racing at KSR. Well done to Riven on the win, I was really pushing to get close enough on that last lap to lick the stamp at Sunset.

Also bad luck to Supa, had some real pace in the McLaren. Note to everyone that mapping reverse is definitely a thing (especially as you need to go N > R).

Yeah Bull those look nice, but out of stock at the moment
$199 for the TP3A so not too bad, might get the others when they available again
