CTS League 3 full field render
There might be a few cars missing and I was just playing around so it's not the greatest shot .
I went through my skins directory exporting the skins for all the cars so I may have missed a couple of the independants or anyone that chaged teams. Specifically I noticed I missed Ron Not going to do another one right now however as this one took 35min to render

Cop: Are you OK?
Randolph: I don't know. I'm kinda ****ed up in general, so it's hard to gauge.

Lol Ron, exported 4 marvel cars and thought I was done
All credit should go to the guys that design the skins. Absolutely none of them are my work
Anyone know if there is anyway of exporting the Nascar tracks into 3dsmax? I want to try and line them all up on the grid and do some renders. For now I'm just trying to find a 3dsmax model of one of the ovals online somewhere.

Fantastic ! If you do a Nascar version, I'll also incorporate it into the compulsary video buts. But man, that's awe-sim

Played around a bit and added in the Wabbit truck then set some renders going overnight. The last one failed which was a really really high res version which I'll figure out and try again tonight... maybe at a slightly less stupid size than 16384x6144
The zip file is a 2048x768 version of the image.

TonyG wrote:Well done Eagle, I'd be keen for a higher res version. I would look at printing it out and putting on the wall above the computer
I noticed a difference from the first one, in that one the trucks looked a little "squished" this one looks just right...well done
I thought the first one looked a bit funny, wasn't really sre what I was doing wrong. Pixel aspect ratio was at something silly like 1.27. I think I clicked an arrow while scrolling pages at some point and put it up.
Couple of people have asked for a higher res version for printing. 4096x1536 version is (edit: yanked till i figure out the clipping problem) containing the origional bmp.
Going to see if I can do an 8192x3072 on my flatmates pc, mine can't handle it

Great work again Eagle those renders do take time
Seeing how you are putting so much time in I thought I'd let you know there are a few strange black marks on the spoilers of several trucks, at first i thought it was just the ones i'd done but there are others as well, The Monsters truck show it and so do these below, don't know if it happens when you render or from the files you got from the game, they show up more as the render gets bigger, not meant to criticise 'cause I know how much goes into it just thought i'd help

Hmm, interesting. Hadn't noticed until you mentioned it. I'll take a closer look and see if I can figure out what's going on
edit: The exported images are clean. From the look of it it's a clipping problem. I'm sure I'll figure it out.
edit2: Ass. The rear wing is 2 planes very close together producing the clipping problem. The ass part is when I made all the trucks I made copies not instances of the origional so I'm going to have to edit all of them seperately rather than just the origionals

it's the mesh underneath the skin mesh, you can probably select it and delete it, but you'll have to check first it doesn't contain the interior lol
The same things used to happen with the TPTCC cars
otherwiser you can select that underneath mesh and scale it down just a fraction.
