Mean... I was lucky enough to win an instucted flight in AirNZ's 747 sim a few years ago... man that thing is massive (and fun!)
Had to run through some basic instruction (turns, holding level flight etc) and had to do the takeoff and landing. (no I didn't kill any virtual passengers )
Bonus part was - its loggable time so I had like 40 hours in 2/4 seater small aircraft then a random hour in a 747
